I have almost found a new Mnt bike, now I'm looking for the Best seat..
Here is what I have found so far..

Terry Men's Fly Tri
TERRY LIBERATOR
Planet Bike ARS Anatomic Saddle
Selle Italia Turbomatic 4
Spiderflex

Not sure about the Spiderflex..

I know its a personal preference, but can anyone rule out some of my choices from experience.

I have them in order of interest from looking at reviews/photos.
