This just came accross via email... even more entertaining than mount snow's claims of greatness was that it was in my SPAM folder.

"Zoom with a view here at Mount Snow, where we have over 45 miles of mountain bike terrain consisting of single-track, old town roads and ski trails.

The Canyon Express will drop you off atop a number of trail descents with tons of rocks, roots, trees and drops offs to challenge all abilities of downhill enthusiasts
. Drop down "Slick Rock" where you’ll have numerous options including "Big Rock" or "Snakebike." Newbies, check out "Newby Road," a beginner downhill that winds down the Snowdance ski trail. Experts will enjoy the grit your teeth challenge of the infamous, "Pucker Alley."

There’s a reason we’re the mountain bike capital of the east. With the best downhill terrain for advanced riders you’ll be challenged by rock gardens, bridges over streams, rock drops and many more high-speed features. Mount Snow has hosted some of the biggest downhill events around for USA Cycling, National Off-Road Bicycling Association (NORBA), World Cup races and the Gravity East Series.

Our lifts will be operating from May 23rd – October 12th (check for details). Stop by Mount Snow Sports in the Grand Summit Hotel for a trail map and any other biking needs. First timer? Not a problem, we have all the rental equipment you’ll need to start your downhill journey"

they forgot to add that the bike racks on their lift are equiped with a unique only to Mount Snow feature... uncovered re-bar that will rip chucks of paint off of you $3000 frame through clear coat and decals and into the bare metal.

Hey, at least Mt Snow is the only place (aside from Whiteface) in the Northeast US that has a legit, fast, and full on Euro/UCI/WC style race track in their Nationals Ex/Pro course. Massive ninja holes and roost are awesome!

Unfortunately those Blue-Footed Boobies, or whatever that bird is, mates up on the top of the hill and provides a great excuse to never use that race course.
