I'm throwing this out as a feeler to see what people's responses are to this, however I was thinking about creating fall and spring camps for aspiring XC riders that would:

- Conduct Fitness Analysis
- MaxHR, recovery time, etc.
- Create Customized Fitness Programs
- Aerobic conditioning (base builder)
- Anaerobic strength and conditioning
- Strength training
- Plyometric training
- Develop Personalized Diet Plans
- Eating for aerobic & aerobic activities
- Foods to avoid
- Supplement recommendations
- Host Bike Maintenance Clinics
- How to fix a flat in under 2 minutes
- Determine drivetrain wear (chain wear)
- Headshock and conventional shock servicing
- Disc brake installation and maintenance
- Hold Skills Rides
- Challenge your ability on varied terrain
- Beginner, Intermediate, & Expert rides
- Supply MTBMind.com Outfits & Sponsor Support
- Shorts & jerseys by Louis Garneau
- Sponsor support from over 15 industry leading manufacturers.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in taking part of or know someone who would be interested, please include your vote by going here! Camps would be contucted on some of the best riding locations in the New England area, taught by top level riders and pro XC racers.

Addionally, we obviously cannot hold camps throughout the cold winter months, however I would like to offer my services to anyone looking for a strength training and aerobic program dedicated to mt bikers. I would offer two, 12 or 16 week sessions that will bring you right up to the start of the 2005 race season and have you peak by early June.

I am a certified fitness trainer and had a similar program going last winter with great results. If interested, please chris@mtbmind.com to talk about the program.

Thanks,
