Hi,

I'm moving to Annapolis from NC at the end of the month. Is there any decent single track in the general vicinity for quick after work rides. Is there any decent urban riding (besides mowing down tourons on Main St)? I've only visited a few times so I don't know what's around. Looks like people ride in DC and Baltimore. Anybody on this board live around Annapolis?

I don't think there are any real good singletrack stashes near Annapolis. For that you are going to have to travel a bit. Check this listing for your off-road options:

Avalon section of Patapsco St. Pk. is your best bet. Only a short drive north of Naptown. Otherwise, head west young man!
Haven't tried much urban downtown though the park across the street from Fawcett's boat supply has some interesting features. You can always weave through traffic on a Sunday afternoon; it's always good for a laugh!

There are alot of riders in Annapolis. Let me know when you get here and we'll show you around. There are some descent spots and we are all pretty versatile. We just like to have fun and push each other.
