Hey monkey's, I thought I would throw this out here since it is bike related. I'm doing the MS150 (Multiple Sclerosis) ride here in Virginia on June 10th-11th. It's a 150 mile ride to help raise money for MS research. Any help that you can give will be much appreciated.
