Does anybody watch MTV2?

As i was falling asleep last night there was this video on, and i cant remember what it was called. Can somebody help me out?

most of the video was just like one guy dressed as like an english soldier or soemthing, with a snare drum, walking around with two hand puppets on like a fake background...

anybody...?
yeah, weird request i know...

anybody else heard it? i didnt like it the first couple times but its grown on me.
