Murdering Bastards Still Free

The sad thing is that this scum is not permanently hiding in a ditch in permanent fear, watching the outside world from the small screen of and old tv, waiting for another day to come. They not only enjoy a "normal" living, but also receive support and respect by neighbours and the government.
They knew who he was and where he lived since many years ago, so why do they release him now? My guess is that it's purely a distraction maneuver. By "sacrificing" this killer, they switch the attention away from the government where many of his old pals are and which has backed him all this time. But I don't know why; if the international community didn't do anything then, why would now...

Riding past the morgue.
The only reason Serbia "found" him is because it wants to prove its capable of joining the EU. This wasn't going to happen with war criminals still running around free.
