The H1 does use portals but the Mog's did way before. I just didn't want to give full credit to AM General when Daimler deserved some of the credit for inspriation.

Well... there was lawsuit business where Hummer sued Toyota over the design... might have has some merit since none were ever imported to the US.

Given a choice, I'd have taken the Toy without hesitation. AMC's reliability is not good.

If Honda could only revamp their Element - more HP, more safety features and style the body a bit - I would be all over that..

You need a honda oddysey... way faster way more room and good fuel economy, plus real easy to sleep in.

STi conversion?

2.5 engine, hood scoop, brembos, prodrive wheels... The engine swap is of debateable neccesity since the 2.0 litre has quite a bit of power potential, I just think it would be sweet to have a full STi spec wagon.

I've always wanted a restored FJ40 - but this new FJ looks pretty cool and would appear to be on the market when I'm ready to trade in my 2000 Tacoma......

wow its kinda ugly dont ya think? i used to drive an fj-40. it was a fun vehicle however slow and non road worthy it was.

Could lose a semi in that massive blue blind spot.
