Big jumps are impressive, but there's something about enduro's like the two above that are just so much more inspiring.

I watched that, it was OK. I wanted to see him do it on the bikes that evel used to jump with. No MX bikes but modified harley road bikes. Lot heavier and a lot harder to jump with.
I like how it all could have ended by tagging a concrete support column on the run up. Looks like he narrowly missed it. That would have been humorous.
I watched it and the guy is a crazy man... but part of me doesn't get much thrill from it. It's mostly knowing the speed you need, gunning it and holding on. It all looks too easy - which, of course, it's really not, but there are really only two types of landings from a jump that large: one that makes it look too easy, and one that kills you.
The last man standing clips were awesome, though. I'd watch that for sure
