so a couple weeks ago i ordered my first bike in about 10 years. i used to ride a lot what seems like another lifetime ago. started out with a giant atx 760.

so ok. enough history. here's what i picked up yesterday. managed to get a short ride in yesterday. daaaamn did it feel good to get on a bike again - even if i about killed myself on the first little hills i went up lol

but i'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll stop and be dry enough to get a short ride in the mornig ! yeah right

i see you've already wore the crank arms down, mine are completely devoid of the words Shimano now. (new bike for a few months, put a ton of miles on mine. )

beautiful bike, i'm jealous as hell. a word of advice for ya though, take your next flat tube and use a couple zip ties to wrap it around your chainstay behind your cranks. it'll help make sure they don't get ruined from any chainsuck you might get.

That is great advice! Mine is all eaten up now after 2 years of hard use.
