I am starting to upgrade my bike and wanted to know what kind of fork I should run. I would like to use a 180mm travel fork but I need to know if that will be too much for the bike? What fork should I go for? Thanks

That is too much for the frame. You will want an 80 or 100 mm fork.

I would ride the stock bike into the ground and develop further as a rider, and replace the whole bike at a future date.

I have the 2009 f7 and that is what im goin to do ride it till it dies. Just curious how have you're rims held up? Mine are already somewhat bent.
