Cute pic. What wheels did you get? I'm still waiting for the shop to lace up my Delgado discs. No hurry now though, we just discovered that my brand new, never been ridden frame came with an ovalized headtube. :(

no, i like tubes.
we will see how it goes.
after having a close look at the exi's
they are lacking a good side knob for dh use.

my white 130 should be here next week then
i can get then on and see.

You wouldn't know where to get a QR axle for that hub would you? Woodman told me BTI, but they're never in stock. I've tried getting it from Woodman, but they suck at replying to emails.

Can't do it. I already had it apart thinking it would be that easy. It looks more like a BMX axle than the standard MTB axle. Joy-Tech makes them under the name Novatec, but doesn't make a QR axle for them. Woodman is the only company I know of that's selling the hub retro-fit with a QR axle.

edit: The axle is shaped a lot like the one in this picture. Of course, that's the QR axle for a regular cassette hub, not the SS.

Good call, hadn't thought of that. On the other hand, I guess carrying the extra wrench for the bolts isn't going to kill me either.
