i went to devils den over the weekend for the racing. i sat around for a while watching the xc, which was pretty boring. since there was some people i go riding with in the trials comp, i went and watched that. there was a guy from dallas, and all he had to do was get under 10 points and he would be able to go pro. he cleaned almost every stage, and by time he got to the last one, he had 5 points. everyone was completly exausted by the end of the day, and he was going to hop on a rock and his arm was so worn out that he couldn't grab the breaks, and fell off and ended up getting a 5 on that stage for an overall score of 10, which sucks since he had to get UNDER 10 points. I think i saw N8 a couple of times, but i'm not 100% sure. Unfortunatly i didn't go to the downhill race, mainly because it was raining like a mofo, but now i'm wishing i did, because i heard it was pretty crazy.

Yep... I was riding my SS after the XC race and MizN8 and I were at the awards near the door.

You missed out on the DH practice Sat afternoon with DNA and Monkeys.

That dude was in a big, freakin' hurry to do something on Sat. morning. He backed out at lightspeed and blasted into one of those boulders lining the road. It turns out that it was his girlfriend's car. Oops.

i thought you looked familar when i saw you...it would have been cool to see some of the dh stuff, but i had some friends in the trials comp that i wanted to see
