I got hooked up with a used set of 24" double wides (thanx PBbike679! :thumb: ) & right now I am running a 24/26" combo with the 15.5" dropout & love the way it feels in the urban wasteland. I wish I had this set up for our trip out west. When i get a smaller front tire I am gonna try dual 24's.

I love how versatile this bike is.

mmmmmmmm.....fresh rubbbbberrrrrrr.

What differences have you noticed with the 24" in the rear?

Do you have a separate 26" wheelset for when you want to Trail ride with that frame?

And how does the bike climb with the seat tube angle that it has on it?

Just what I have noticed from 2 days of cruising around my house....
It is easier for me to get up on my back wheel & stay there longer.
I can almost pedal a wheelie for my whole block.
I feel like I have alot more power in my bunnyhops & feel I can get higher. (the short stays help in all of this too).
i can manual longer but instead of dropping my front wheel I loop out.

I cant wait to hit the DJ's.

I do have another wheel set that I plan on swapping out.

Oh...& climbing is fine in the middle dropout feels ok. it would feel better with clipless pedals & light build though.

I like that color.

You are correct about being able to get the front end up easy with a 24 in the back. I rode two different 24's in the rear for a while and switched to 26/26. A 24 in the short chainstay position with a hookworm makes manuals last forever.

I now ride with two 26's and a 3 inch fork. Feels awesome for street and park, which is just about all I do, and just takes a day or so to get used to.

You seem to have much more of an all around setup. When I first got my imp it was pretty similar to what you have. Big fork, 24/26, knobs, gears. The bike changes so much with just a few component swaps.

It is crazy versatile, and chances are you won't need a new frame. ever.
