colored chain came from ebay, the dude i got it from has blue ones too i think. it was only like 15 bucks shipped. still need a proper SS ring and a few other upgrades but i'm loving it.

Can you give us the rundown on the parts spec please? what are those wheels?

i take it everyone knows what frame it is,
forks are surly instigators,
king headset,
race face prodigy stem,
race face air alloy riser bars,
avid ultimate brakes with ad3 levers,
race face taperlock bb,
race face north shore xs cranks with race face bashring and 32t ring,
kmc chain,
shimano 18t freewheel,
the wheels are mavic 519s with paul hubs, dt champion spokes and dt alloy nipples.

eventually some things will change but i just wanted to have it rideable for now.
