The bike looks sick.
Are you going to run the fork at that height, or any you going to run the bike a little slacker?
If you going to ride it at that height the only thing i could recoment is a flat crown....
Looks like you could use one.

I thought the frames came with axles
From my understanding, The stock glory axels are ungodly heavy and you can save something like 1/4 or 1/2 lb just by changing the axel. Of course, there is the possibility that I have no idea what I'm talking about.
