Well one day I was just messing around doing stopees (stupid I know)and the pressure in my Hayes HFX-9 just goes away (I did not even pull it that hard).so since my bike shop is a ways away I want to know if its just needs a symbol re bleeding or if its more complex.

Should just be a simple re-bleeding needs to be done. Try bleeding from the bottom up with a syringe and some medical tubing. Works alot better as it forces the fluid from the caliper up to the reservoir, more effectively removing the bubbles since air obviously wants to float up. And to boot you will be forcing fresh fluid into the caliper and lines effectively flushing your system provided you remove all fluid from the reservoir before you begin.
