Give me your epinions on BOB trailers vs. panniers for touring. I'll be on a mountain bike fitted with slicks. I'll be doing the Oregon / CA coast, which is well supported for the most part. I won't need too much stuff, but I'll be carrying a pair of kevlar mtn tires for rides in the Coast Range.
