Well it's a two edged sword. It's supposed to work, but doesn't. But if it did work, I wouldn't have a job. My problem with it is whenever you try to do something, 99% of the time it FAILS. Oracle DB is a robust platform to run apps against. My beef is with Oracle Applications. Just a bunch of sheitty code that doesn't work. I'm a manual guy. I like to do stuff my way caus I know that if I edit a file, it's done properly. Oracle is pushing this Autoconfig bullsheit, and I've spent weeks trying to get it to work and it doesn't. Why? I have instances pointing to other instances file systems and this system is a horrorshow. Why? Because Oracle was in here doing work and they are a bunch of HACKS. OCS SUCKS. PLUS, I HATE MY JOB.
DOES THAT HELP?

See..... I know that one.... That is how I felt back in March... so I left. Who wants to work for the government anyway? A bunch of lard butts who are waiting for a pension.... screw that.
