I want to move to BC!!!
Hi all, after 10 days i eventually get my new road bike.... for training, since without a car and without proper mountains within reach, i want to ride more often hence the roadie was the only solution.....

It is a 54cm orbea zona frame, campy centaur, open pro rims, EA70.50,ITM,Flite,Time (mtb) pedals.

rejoice.

I managed to inflict a lucky scratch inside the lbs... i guess i am too used to mtbs... :):) i guess the 1st scratch is for good luck... pic3.

Thanks steve,

I ve just came home from the lbs.. so 3miles so far... it is a bloody rocket ship on the road, in comparison to my SX.

Heh i was initially pissed off with the scratch but now its a lucky sign ;)

Neither did i , i first heard of them 6months ago, they have been making handmade mid-high end bikes since 1950. Basically , the old military spanish factories after WW2 created orbea. Good thing is that the workers own the company....

Nice - I hope you have a different helmet. That one will get hot, cause lots of drag, and people will likely make fun of you on group rides.

It just means that now you can ride it harder, because the first scratch has already been inflicted, so there are no worries about causing further scratching...

Sweet ride!

Sweet! Now you need a trailer to carry the MTB while you ride to the trails, then a real good lock (not a krypto) to lock up the road bike while you session the MTB.

Haha, as oly said i ll mount the SX on a trailer and haul it to the trail ;).

The original plan was to ride the roadie with DH gear  , other roadies would go nuts... ;)

No matter what you wear, don't forget the chamois butt'r.
