It is funny that you mention stuffed spiderman and posing in one sentence. In a sport where the equipment gets dirty IMO nothing says more "I am posing" than having a clean plush bar buddy. Its a goddamed stuffed spiderman. Stop being a wienerkid and realize that having your kid stoked on his dads bike is far more important than some internet big-dick posing about light bikes.
Couldnt agree more...bike looks sick! I personally think the Crank Bros wheels are awesome as well. If I were you id go for a SDG iFly Saddle. They make black/red/white combo ones and i think the iBeam makes the bike look cleaner than traditional saddle rails. And faster too =)Funny how me wheelset and Spiderman seem to be the main points of the build.....
Where did you order yours from?those are elixir cr with twenty6 levers
I was sponsored by them last year - so directWhere did you order yours from?
well damn... i can only find them for elixir r'sI was sponsored by them last year - so direct
I'm pretty sure they share the same lever blades. I'm not 100% sure though.well damn... i can only find them for elixir r's
You don't have to bleed them. You don't swap the entire lever, only the lever blade.I never want to have to bleed my brakes just to mount them on the bike.
The elixir R doesn't have the external trigger adjustment. I think the CR lever is designed different because of this.... but i could be completely wrong.I'm pretty sure they share the same lever blades. I'm not 100% sure though.
i think he's talking about running the hoses and cables inside the frameYou don't have to bleed them. You don't swap the entire lever, only the lever blade.
You're right, my bad... I read it as a response to the lever thing..i think he's talking about running the hoses and cables inside the frame
I won't even take my top crown off or loosen a single shock bolt in the name of cleaner routing.you don't have to run the cables through the frame, there are cable guide attachments as well. I just think it's much cleaner with everything running through the frame.
bro its trek.ohh noess. your $10k frame looks cracked!
Come on now Princess. No need to be shy. Put up or shut up.... I would post a picture or two, but after the comments on the previous 9.9, I think I'll avoid the Ridemonkey scrutiny.
fairly ambitious with the 40 and RC4 no?I still haven't weighed mine yet, the final parts come in this week. I'm hoping for 31.3lbs and maybe 31.2lbs if I take spidy off ;0)
I'd be supried too. My legend is at it's best 36.1lbs. Session 9.9 frame is 2.5lb lighter than mine so 33.5 but I have a boxxxer wc with avy and a chunked stemcrown so that's 1 lb less in front. ~31 is achievable but very hard with a fox.fairly ambitious with the 40 and RC4 no?
Yeah. Avalanchd boxxers work soo crapDo you have the drcv 40 ?????
Dont give up performance for grams.
oh rlly,im quite sure the air assisted sprung 40 is known as the trek drcv 40 that is only equiped on the session 9.9.you are making things up again
