for your reading pleasure..........
http://www.dickmorris.com/blog/2009/01/22/beware-obamas-trojan-horse/
this will turn out to be nothing more than a massive democrat spending bill.
especially since it sounds like it's going to be timed to be doled out to house members just in time to return home to their constituents before their next elections in 2010.

and howabout this for a solid economic recovery theory ??
even if the $$$ does make it out of washington, he wants it to go to the ones who've not ever contributed to the economy.
except maybe to the local liquor store or meth lab.

Proof that Obama is a secret socialist:

I thought banjo was something you played at home, with a glass of warm milk next to you, just before you went to bed.

Looking back at the inauguration it comes to me that it more looks like the crowning of a new king, rather than just a change of government...

You still find "that car is red", or has it turned into bundle brown?
I find you're utterly and truly right. The cabal controls all.

As it's been said:

Stuart Mackenzie: Well, it's a well known fact, Sonny Jim, that there's a secret society of the five wealthiest people in the world, known as The Pentavirate, who run everything in the world, including the newspapers, and meet tri-annually at a secret country mansion in Colorado, known as The Meadows.

Tony Giardino: So who's in this Pentavirate?

Stuart Mackenzie: The Queen, The Vatican, The Gettys, The Rothschilds, *and* Colonel Sanders before he went tits up. Oh, I hated the Colonel with is wee *beady* eyes, and that smug look on his face. "Oh, you're gonna buy my chicken! Ohhhhh!

Pretty much sums it up. They won't nail Blagojevich because he'd turn on Obama, so he'll get a slap on the wrist. Not that Obama was actively involved, but you can't tell me he didn't know.

Fixed.

And I don't have the background knowledge to understand the joke, but no need to explain this time, I get you're not of the same conviction. Also, I forgot to thank you last week for taking time to explain.

I feel the need to repost this owing to the recently necromanced Freemason thread.

And, on October 22nd, 2006

I'm starting the 1000-Oaks Post Preservation Society (still debating between TOPPS and MOPPS<--- I kinda like the Roman Numeral approach). This stuff is just too good to be lost to time or reconsideration.

I agree, his posts are a continuing source of laughter and entertainment, thus, I feel that they should be preserved for posterity.

Or not.

CHICAGO (Reuters) – The Illinois state senate on Thursday convicted Governor Rod Blagojevich of abuse of power, removing him from office amid charges that he tried to sell the U.S. Senate seat once held by President Barack Obama.
Good call.

I expected Obama to keep his campaign promises let's see...

Promise #1 He was going to kick Lobbyists out of Washington. He kind of did that, now he's hired them ONTO HIS STAFF AND CABINET

Promise #2 He said he would take public financing like John McCain. Oops 760 million later, he didn't keep this promise. A promise that would have kept him from being owned.

Promise #3 He was going to cut out pork. Hmmm... this latest "stimulus" package is all pork. He is paying back all his buddies with OUR MONEY...

There's your change alright. Just another rich politician sticking it you all within one week of his presidency. Oh and we even get to pay for foriegn nations obortions now too...thanks Mr. CHANGE.

Like many, you seem to think profit is a dirty word. It isn’t. It is the basis for freedom, liberty, and economic success, like nothing else.

I actually agree with every point you made.

Obama has hired one lobbyist, did promise to accept public financing until he realized he could raise more money independently, and I really wonder about the strategy of tying in social programs into our Stimulus package.

Frankly, Obama is starting to seem like every other politician, which is not why I voted for him.

It could be a smart move to get them passed now at the same time as he's 'bribing' the companies so that the complaints will be minimized. People and corporations have their minds on other things right now.

Dunno if I mentioned this already, but I can't remember any responce so I'll say it again, O's choise of ministers and current politics could be a very good tactical chess move if he really is/has progressive plans. If anything goes wrong or is insufficiently done, he can always blame the minister and fire him/her for a more progressive alternative.

Let's hope O is that person that analyst I saw said he perhaps was, and that he actually have this planned. Fact is, no analyst seems to know where they have him as he's a good listener, and not everybodys fake buddy who agrees first and then turns his back.

holy sh!t, profit is the basis of freedom?! talk about your materialistic assholes.
Oh man, that was bonkers but the rest of his post wasn't much better.

I am glad I am not the only one wondering that one.

Honestly... I think McCain would have brought more change. I hope Obama does an awesome job. I truly do. It is in every American's best interest for Obama to do his job well and maintain a high approval rating.

I'm just not seeing him try anything different. It seems that all of his cabinet members are life long politicians with underlying interests. I like that he allowed researchers to study stem-cell research. I also think that he needs to get something going on the stimulus bill quickly, but what they've got right now is trash and they might as well start over.

And what is the deal with all of thieves and nut jobs that he associates himself with? I get the impression that he has a lot to hide.

Lastly... what is he going to do about his aunt?

Did I say that it sucks? I thought it was more of a meh, as in not the A+ rating of the USA.

I'll have to go review.
You think McCain would have brought more change.

You don't think he should bring people that have been in politics a lot of their lives into the highest political office in the country.

You are painfully ignorant.

Neither of us will ever know, so hold off your high-horse.

At least in recent weeks he has spoken about how he wants to bring in top business executives to office to help with the economic issue, rather than people that have been politicians all of their professional lives.
