Check the tightness of all the bolts with a torque wrench. First losten the bolt, then tighten it to mfg spec. Usually, that will take care of many squeaks.
Take the shock off. Cycle the suspension. Should be smooth and quiet. If not, take apart the pivots, clean, inspect, and re-assemble. After really muddy or dusty conditions my Coiler sometimes gets creaky. This always works for me. Also make sure the shock and 4-bar bolts are not bent.
look for cracks. even if its just a hairline, it could pose as a big problem.the cracks dont always go wehere the seams are. it also my only be like an inch long.
