In the WI election yesterday that has been seen as a referendum on Scott Walker and the GOP, the liberal candidate for State Supreme Court is ahead by ~200 votes. Out of 1.4 million votes cast. It's amazing that my wife's vote and mine were 1% of the difference....

Never let anyone tell you your vote doesn't matter.

If an election is close enough for your vote to count than it will be contested in court and the result will be purchased. Sorry to burst your bubble.

... is almost a little too much to handle.

Question: How long does it take one person to fill out 14,000 ballots by herself?

Answer: Just under 24 hours, apparently.
