Earlier this year, Bush and co. quietly issued NSPD51 - "to ensure continuity of government" in the event of of what the directive vaguely called a "catastrophic emergency" - anything from a terrorist attack on Washington or Alabama to a nooclear sploshion in the supreme court of republicanism, or even a particularly nasty hurricane apparently...

Essentially it means g-dub and the boyz can declare themselves in-charge-forever if they see fit. It gets even better.

1) It has never been approved by congress, yet is part of American law
2) It has 2 secret clauses that on the grounds of "national security concerns" will not be disclosed to anyone. What could they possibly be?

Is this how democracy in US works these days? Sounds like a book I read once...
