There's a particularly nasty fellow named Douglas Bryant who has been in jail a lot up here for rapes. Repeat offender, served his sentences, totally unrepentant, now they're shipping him to Pell City, Alabama, to join Wayne Earl Delisle, who strangled a woman in 1976.

Maine has done one for one prisoner swaps with other states, also. they aren't equipped to deal with really violent prisoners.
