So I have been looking around for new rims to build a new wheelset for my incoming Molly. Every rim I look at in a 24" is NOT a 36 hole. My plan is to build Profile hubs laced to new rims. The hubs will be a 36 hole and I cannot find a decent rim in a 36 hole. Everything is 32. What gives??

The only 2 I have found worth getting are the Aleination Runaways or the Sun Rhyno Lite XL...

What are most of you guys running? Point me in the right direction... Man I wish Mavic made a 721 in 24"...

Whoa.. funny cuz I was having just the opposite problem... rhynolite xl's, pimps/gi's/pimplites, alienation runaways... All proven. Cept runaways have problems seating tires, so I'd probably stay away from them.. But beyond that I've heard they're killer!

My first thoughts were Pimplites but they are only offered in a 32 hole. Rhynolites don't look too bad..

Oh hey.. is this R Love? I have two Sun BFR's lightly used or spinbikeshop.com has a NOS chrome BFR all 36hole. Let me know I would sell my rims for 30 bucks... that is 30 for both brf's. I can meet you at rays.

No but oddly enough I bought the frame, fork and parts from Rob Love.

I could have sworn that pimplites came in a 36 hole..

Mavic did make a 24" rim, the XY.

I have 2 in 36 hole. Never used, and I'd be happy to part with them.
