I need a good program to automatically backup the files on our server at work to a separate external hard drive. This program should only copy the most recent files and not overwrite files that haven't changed. Does anyone have a program that they use and are happy with? Thanks for the help.

The problem with MS Backup is you need Schedule tasks to work properly, and that never happens
