Long story short. Hated my RS Deluxe Re:active shock on my endurpo bike. Got a CC DB air cs. It's on the the bike.

Now the problem. I have the mother of all colds with fever. Can't ride. Going riding on Saturday and will not have time to do any riding before that. maybe in a parking lot for a few minutes. Does anyone know a decent base tune for a trek Remedy 2017? Cane creek couldn't help me with one...
Maybe just a tune to get me in the right neighbourhood? Will I need volume adjusters?
