scenario: I have a 01 bullit large, I run a e-13 drs system on it. I have a truvative 113 b.bracket on it, and new hussefelt cranks.
When I tighten my cranks down the small chain ring bolts dig and groove into the e-13 bommerang. I bought a FSA platinum pro isis bb 118mm. Is it ok to use on this frame. If not why?

I don't see a problem, it should solve your bolt interference issue. As long as it's for the right size BB shell I say go for it.

Should work fine, 2.5 on each side would make it perfect to clear the bolt heads/plate. More important would be 68 or 73mm shell. Raceface makes there BBs 68/73 together while FSA are 68 or 73 specific. but in your case if you have a 68 its quite possible you can run a 73 because with the added plate of the E-13 your essentially making your shell width into 73.
