Its about time for a new hardtail frame as mine is too small. I need a frame with at least a 23.5 inch actual toptube, not effective, to fit me at 6 foot 6 and still growing. I also want it be steel and have horizontal dropouts. Also my max budget is around $450, does anyone know of a frame that meets these requirements.
