hey does anyone know how to convert a 2001 z1 mcr from 4inches to 5 inches is it just spacers?

I've never switched out a 2001 Z1 MCR, but based on my experience with other Marzocchi forks: you have to buy longer upper springs (which actually increases the travel of the fork), and also shorter lower (rebound) springs to compensate the overall length. You need to switch both in order to maintain the same effective total length and fit all those coils inside the shock. Hope this helps
