I need to find out the spoke length for lacing up a Mavic EX721 to an Atom Labs Aircorps hub. Anyone?

You'll need to know hub and rim dimensions. Center to flange, diameter of flange etc. Then type in spoke calculator in google.

If this doesn't sound familiar, take your hub and rim to a bike shop.

Here's the catch, I don't have the Rim yet, just ordered it, found the information for hub sizing went to DTswiss, used the calculator they had the dimaensions for the 721 there, did all that and got

259mm and 261mm

Does this sound correct?
