I recently bought a kona stinky deelux, and was told it was possibly the 2005 stinky deelux, but it doesnt matchup to the 2005 on the klassickona site. I wanted to know if anyone could help me identify the bike i have.
Also, i bought a fox dhx 4.0 shock but it is a tiny bit too long to fit on my stinky. So i was thinking maybe if i can get a different set of the triangle pieces that the shock and rear of the frame connect to the the seat post tubing, i might be able to use the dhx 4.0... Any suggestions on a solution to this would be awesome.. Thanks for any input.

yeah it looks identical to my buddies orange/black 04 stinky

could also be a Kona stinky primo 2004

i have a feeling most of them are the same, with different builds?

I would also highly recommend getting the correct length shock... screwing around with the rocker plates will mess with alot of the geometry

you generally don't go swapping frame and linkage pieces to make a shock fit, common practice is to buy the correct length shock for the frame
