I need some help on this one.

I was looking around to see if they made a 12mm adapter yet for rear saint derailuers and found that some companies used 12mm axles and made it work. So I went searching and found this.

http://www.shimano.com.au/publish/content/australia/en/cycling/products/mountain_bike_components/saint.MainContentTwoPar.0019.Schematic.0001.File.tmp/FH-M800_M805%20SI-3C20D+.pdf

Shimano Part # FH-M805 12mm Axle kit.

So according to this diagram and instructions, you can adapt a 12mm axle (possibly has to be shimano, I can't tell completly) but it's doable. I tried searching BTI and couldn't find anything on that part #.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this or knows about it.

I've talked to some guys from Shimano and they told that in 2005 they are gone have new Saint rear hubs and derailleurs in 12mm and 15mm thru axle.

I think the m805 (hub and derailleur) is not available right now. If you look in stores you will only find de 10mm version.
