Eye of the Tiger. Gets me going every time. Bohemian Rhapsody works equally well.

edit: on second thought, I'm still not quite sure what you're looking for. Are you looking for some good albums, single songs, artists?

find some tracks by:

RJD2
Prefuse 73
Autechre (you might get blank stares)
Electric Six
The Bassholes (blank stares return)
Black Keys
Adolescents or similar old school LA punk
DJ Shadow
Ween
Tortoise
Pixies
Flaming Lips
Super Furry Animals

when you want them to leave, throw on an epic from Acid Mothers Temple or Keiji Haino.

Front Range, dude...
Dropkick Murphys, "The Gauntlet" and "Road of the Righteous" from the "Live St. Patricks Day" CD. If that doesnt get people fired up, better check for a pulse...
"White Riot" or "Complete Control" from theClash Live, from Here to Eternity, too.

I love the flaming lips, but I don't see them as motivational music.

how about "Race For The Prize"? very motivational, imo.

the post was confusing; did he need music for his 'DJ' session, or for the riding?

I don't recall that one off the top of my head...
The Distance by Cake is always a good one, if not overused.
