I'm prob going SS on my STP, my main question is to go with a micro drive or standard gearing... The components I'm buying call for a micro gear but I hear some people do not like the feel. I'm looking at 25 / 12 or 28 / 12 at the moment. Any opinions are welcome and what is the major difference between these two gear ratios?
I ride street / DJ, I'm looking for speed, covering lots of ground, and a nice ratio for dj.
I have heard some say micro gearing feels mushy, less linear????
