Im building a mini bike track in my backyard and i want to get a reasonably nice priced tractor, dont want to rent, cant aford a $10000.00 bobcat. I was flipping through an atv magazine and i saw an ad for this suzki that had a bucket loader that was conected to a winch. I could build all kinds trails and jumps with that thing looked like what i needed anybody tried or use one to build dirt jumps

simple answer is don't buy new. Tractors have a much longer useable life than cars... Check ebay, and search by distance from you.... My family's tractor is a Farmall from the 1940's, and my Dad just bought a japanese-made tractor for 2 or 3 grand in "new" old condition... New tractors are for professionals 
don't buy new, its crazy. you should go to farm auctions, they happen all the time everywhere. ask questions of the older hics, they know what to look for. depending on your budget look for a smaller tractor with a bucket, like a kubota. or pick up a used skid steer.
