Probably, but I still think its due to too low of pressure.

brian, save yrself the hassle and use 729s. given yr self-proclaimed size, riding style, and riding conditions (not to mention results), what argument could there possibly be to stick w/ the 823s???

just buy MTXs and cut 20in tubes as rimstrips, holds just as good as 823s and they dont flatspot. not to mention my rimstrips are basically stuck in there and dont need to change them with a tire change
