My wife and I are thinking about moving out of NC and heading out West to start or buy a bike shop. Anyone know of any needing areas or shops that might be for sale?

The Reno, NV area could use a good DOWNHILL shop.
There are a lot of other bike shops there, but its for piss when it comes to DH support.

Same could be said for Durango, CO.
