I wish you the best of luck with your adventure! I don't know of any shops for sale, and I really can't think of any areas that are really in need of a shop either. Sorry I can't be of any help...

My understanding is that West Side Cycling and Fitness is for sale. I might be wrong.

Seems to me there might be a need for a bike shop on the way into the mtns for all the peeps heading to the resorts. Not a lot of DH-heavy shops on the west side of town. Or in the mtns, either, for that matter...

In order to have a new shop you'd need to have a pit-bike track too...something flowy with jumps.
