Bought it on eBay. It just arrived yesterday... Got new Burton Custom bindings to go with it. And a new pair of Driver Xs.... I'll post real photos later... for tangibility...

Bar far the coolest looking board I've ever owned. I hope I like it!

First time I've been excited for snow in a while... Let's hope it's not a crapass winter. Gotta start gettin fit! (er, I mean, fit-ter...)

That looks nice!
I have burton custom bindings from a few years ago. The latch tab on the back of the one of the highbacks snapped. They sent me the wrong piece, I sent it back, they sent me the right piece (almost- i just can't fold it down without a screwdriver (it was the only thing they had that would work).

I need to get a new board.

No, snow is not needed until it is too cold to road ride. Sod off, you bloody wanker.

BTW do we drag your brother out to do that this winter as well as DH over the summer?

Yes, the second drag out mission has already begun the "check with Hitler" stage. Let's start to put on the pressure...

As for the snow days, now that I have a decent second snowboarding setup, there should be less arm twisting to do.

When does Bromont close? (for DHing)

Bromont closes fairly shortly, 1st weekend in october (so this weekend or next I think?)

There is a race next weekend at Mont Blanc. $20 and you can ride all day. They only really have 1 fun trail (of 4), but it's so worth doing all day, it doesn't really matter.

BTW, I doubt your sister in law would enjoy the connotation that she has a really bad moustache! We should just leave your brother out and go ride on our own - you know, seeing as we don't need to ask permission to have fun.

I'm looking at getting a new board and I'm looking at the Burtons.
I bought mine at http://stores.ebay.ca/Action-Sports-Outlet

They've got a bunch... My board retailed last year for 699 $CAN and I got mine for 400 $CAN. Not a bad deal. I'm sure they've got others.

As for whether I'm even going to like the board, we shall see. It's always a gamble. I used to think my Salomon was too soft, but I adjusted... That should NOT be a problem with this board, heh heh.

It's got this uber cool window where you can see the carbon inlay...nifty!

Yeah I think that board is a good choice for me as well. Seems to be a nice all around mtn board and it's designed around a 10.5 size boat which is mine.

I'm down. I'm due to become a superior rider to MMike anyway. I figure another day out oughtta do it. Maybe he'll even lend me his bike to do it!:busted:

I live 1 minute from the Burton factory. If anyone needs anything, let me know. I will gladly pick it up for a small fee! :)

I picked up a 167 Arbor Roundhouse this weekend. :D Will post pics tomorrow when I pick it up from the shop.

Any suggestions on good all-mountain bindings that are a bid budget friendly? ($150 or less?)
