Sore spot. Covid cancelled all the hunter safety classes. No class completed no Calif hunting lic. They are just restarting classes

Do they make the heads like that so you can retrieve them and replace the blades if needed?

Yes, however I have yet to recover one of these that didnt destroy the ferule anyways.....
