2. Are Google Earth images captured in real time?

No, they aren't. Our images are photographs taken by satellites and aircraft sometime in the last three years.

REALLY old news....

CurbHucker has a golf course about 400 yards from his house. He lives on a corner lot. He has a back deck and greener grass than anyone else.

Hey, it's still very cool to play with. I was able to link up part of the slickrock trail in Moab with the porcupine rim trail instead of riding all the way down into town from the campsite on the river. Should pay off on our trip next month when we cruise down from Colorado for a day in Moab.

So far it's been great for finding new trails and figuring out where you want to ride in unfamiliar places. Can't wait for the resolution to get updated over the next couple years.

*real-time would be very cool, but I can wait.

Not sure I want to know that real-time is a possibility. Ignorance is bliss kinda thing.

Are you scratching your ass right now ncrider? Cause it sure looks like it from my vantage point in space.
