Edit: What the hell happened to the youtube button?? I see vimeo, NSFW, image and so on, but no button for Youtube?

All you have to do now is paste the URL. The media converter script does the embedding.

It's only been like this for maybe two years now, though, so I understand that you may not be used to it yet
