I previously posted this on BS, but I figured I would share it over here since theres a different crowd and its the dead of winter. I've only gotten a chance to ride the bike once... but boy is it fun. I don't know if I'm just happy to be on something different, or if it really is that great, only time will tell.

Argyle 409 - Lowered 30mm, 80mm of stanchion exposed
Profile Cranks/Sprocket/BB - 175mm, Ti spindle, 33t imperial sprocket
Azonic Outlaws - 12-10mm step down axle, 15t SS cog (57.2 gear ratio)
SDG Post/Saddle - Stripped I-fly saddle, temporary (needs to be re-covered, if I fail miserably with the new cover I'll be picking up a new SDG Patriot saddle)
Thomson X4 Stem - 50mm, 31.8mm
Truvativ Holzfeller Bar - 700mm uncut, 31.8mm
Wellgo Mag Pedals
Intense Micorknobbies - 26x2.25
ODI Lock-ons
Hayes Mag brake - Super old, max lever slop (just ordered Hayes Stroker Trail 160mm)
In the future I will be upgrading the wheels, probably Profile or Hope hubs to EX721's with smaller rear cog and smaller sprocket. Other than that I may try out a different bar/stem combo. But for now I am very happy with it and it will probably stay this way until summer.
