Hello, I am new to the area. I am living in Alexandria, Va and I wanted the scoop on local rides. My days off are Friday, and Mondays (will probably be dong most of my riding then). I am going to check out Wakefield Park tomorow since it is the closest to my home. I would welcome anyone interested in riding or showing me around, just give me a holler! Thanks!

welcome aboard! lotsa fun riding to be found at wakefield/accotink. be sure to check out fountainhead. you can also look further north to schaffer farms in germantown and loads of the best local trails in the mtns above frederick, md. (gambrill & watershed)
i've been slacking on the trail-riding lately and plan to start hitting some of the MORE weeknight wake-tink rides after work.
