Possibly a dumb question here, but consider the source.
I need new inserts for my bike shoes. Do you buy any old inserts, or are bike shoe specific inserts needed? I can't think of any reason why regular running shoe inserts wouldn't work.
My Shimano M221's are three years old and still going strong, but the bottoms of my feet were killing me all weekend. I'm guessing it's because the inserts are flat as a pancake.
