I just got back from six days in New Orleans last night. Got to go to Voodoo, got to go out in the Quarter (though not on Bourbon, **** Bourbon street) and I got to eat everything in a yard's view while dressed up as fat dead Elvis.

Now if it just had mountains, it would be a happy place.

I love N.O. I used to go every Halloween. It's nuts down there cause it lasts about a week. A guy I know owns a condo 2 blocks off Bourbon, complete with an in-ground pool.

I was Elvis down there on my last trip. The costume looked pretty good, and I must have had 100 people stop me to get a pic with them. I need to get back there for next year's Halloween.
