I was looking through the interbike pics at hcor.net and came across a few pics of this santa cruz. Does anyone have more info on this?

Looks kind of like a heckler rear end on a bullit front triangle. What's with the dropouts and the thing in that dude's hand? Sorry if this is obvious to everyone else or has already been discussed, but I haven't been able to fiind any info so far.

It's actually not a new Santa Cruz, it's an upgrade swingarm from a third party manufacturer.. I can't remember the article title, but if you search for Bullit there's a thread about this swingarm.
